Flags.........& Politics.

'The phrase "flag waving nonce" is a derogatory term, primarily combining British slang. It refers to individuals perceived as performing performative patriotism or nationalism'.

The last army veteran I spoke to would have strong words with you as a minimum after ‘’Fighting for and defending that flag’’, and he’s right.

Without patriotism and people like that you’d have very few opinions, if any you silly fool. Plus yours and your close one’s safety in public places would be seriously at risk on a regular basis. 🤡

They’re all weird.

Came back from where? A desk job for the taliban?

He should try living in his ideal communist country, tell us how much he likes it. Oh he wouldn’t be able to.
They're all "opening up a bit" - which is a little annoying. There'll be no examples left at this rate.
Anyone would think that even Lenin realised that a mixed economy was required.

St.George there never was any such person, it wouldn't be provable anyway.

The flag is not statutory and was not used in either world war.

The legend made centuries after the time he was alleged to have existed, was of a turkish man, a soldier slaying a dragon to save villagers in Libya, Africa.

Did he do the first kebab?

If you are going to have a flag for your country at least have something connected with it.

🙂🙂

He was actually a Greek in Turkey and his cost of arms was used due to the links to Christianity.

Do you actually have any loyalty or allegiance to anything? Any pride? Anything?

Maybe, maybe not.

But you see Steely my friend.

The story of St George is regarded by the English as a myth....he kills dragons for feck's sake. No one ever went around saying it was literal.

Yet you tell us you're a Muslim.

Quite amusing then that you're are on here claiming that there's a lack of proof for St George's existence when the proof of old Mo's physical existence itself is heavily debated.

Perhaps if you're going to throw stones you should look at your own greenhouse instead of worrying about Turkish kebabs.

Does this berk claim he’s a Muslim? Seriously? He’s seriously lost the plot if so. Maybe was admin for the taliban.

Maybe he went over to Iraq to fight for IS...but when he got to the caves he found some coked out old dude asking him about Investment Strategies and advice on stock portfolios.

Is this why you're such a fan of the Stars and Stripes?
