The notion that I receive regular notifications on my mobile phone from within the 'Corridors of power' listing the latest developments is fanciful.

I didnt say that, you claim to have been told no deal done, when previously you said you received no “inside” information. Just asking which it is do you or don’t you?
Fair enough, but your assertion indicates that somebody connected to the club or ‘in the know’ has let you know that the player has not joined. A straightforward question - has this happened or not?

With respect I asserted that I am not in receipt of a "Running commentary" on latest developments at the club. I have nothing further to add.
I believe that it is not in the interests of HOL for the debate to evolve into a dastardly 'Willo Thread'.
In the final analysis I am an inconsequential figure on HOL with no indication of brilliance.

I think people on here are perhaps curious as to your phraseology, I quote, ' I am informed that a deal for the player has not been finalised.'
This clearly indicates two things, that somebody has 'informed you' and that the player has 'not joined.'
Can you support your statement or not?
