New guidelines issued for more respectful TV camera coverage of female athletes

New guidelines have been released advising broadcasters on how to use more respectful camera angles when covering live female athletics events.

i'm not sure why this has anything to do with the 'left' as it appears to be driven by the request of female athletes.

Having said that the shorts that some women athletes seem to wear now are basically bikini bottoms so where is the camera meant to look? This is clearly choice, as some wear longer cycle type shorts which i think will be just as streamlined as the shorter version.

When you compare this to say tennis, where all female competitors seems to be pretty well covered in that area, so the cameraman doesn't really bother.
 
All athletes should be made to compete in suits of armor, weighted relative to height, physique etc - a sort of handicap system as part of the great push for 'equality', we don't want all those nasty winners do we.

It's certainly a large part of it for many men.

It just sounds like a way of harming their own revenue.

If broadcasters see that it hits viewing figures they will just invent an excuse to lower deals.

It reminds me of what they did to the darts.

Thankfully when these feminists complained to Eddie Hearn about ring girls he told them that he defends the tradition, stating years ago that they’re part of boxing and won’t be removed unless it was taken out of his hands.

female modesty-dress ? go back and look at film & tv from the 1970s and cry at what we have lost.
God be with the days when ladies could safely strip off on Brighton Beach. They can probably still strip off today but may need a male bodyguard or two. Perhaps a few male relatives can do the honours ?

The modern left are so dystopian.....they approve of pride parades with their massively sexualised displays, which they think is ok for children to attend.....but camera angles that could possibly be viewed sexually at female sporting events?.....well that's a no no.

It's weird and inconsistent.

The sooner these theater kid communists are kicked out of the institutions the better for normalcy......but that's a hell of a purge at this point.

As a counter point to the woke I'm glad that Katie Hopkins is making a bundle and selling out locations on her stand up tours.

They wanted her in poverty and took her house in the courts, but the tide is increasing turning on these evil people.
