A ghost? Well at least he has a reasonable argument for once.
Comprehensive schools are good enough for your kids but it for mine is such a well worn cliché (Diane Abbott said, "you can't defend the indefensible" when she sent her son to a private school then tried to defend it anyway after attacking Harriet Harman for doing the same thing) as is claiming to understand the unfairness but doing it anyway.
Advocates for inclusivity who deliberately choose exclusivity for their own children and then claim they haven't done anything wrong are astounding in their hypocrisy but does anyone really expect anything else?

What is the justification for bail?

If this person has been committed to a mental hospital from which he cannot leave then fair enough it's the same as jail.

If this person is out on the streets why? If ever there was a case of a person being a danger to the public this it.

I really hope that the bail issue was to allow the authorities to get him mental health treatment.

The Belfast rioters are not getting bail. They are the most "outrageous" of offenders apparently.
I'd like to say it's nowhere near as outrageous as being eaten by a crocodile or being beheaded.
It's the usual MO now and not a surprise.
If I were their lawyer, I'd tell my clients to fight it, and point out the hypocrisy. Get it reported in the press. Still going to get a high sentence anyway, so nothing to lose.

Exactly, can we trust the system to work though? There are pretty clear examples everywhere. The guy's probably in a hotel at taxpayer's expense right now. Would hardly be a shock.
The only suggestion of sectioning was me. I've not seen it in the press.
