She is the 4th woman to take the job. If it was the first then it might be newsworthy. Who cares who the 2nd man on the moon was.

It's like the BBC report the other day about Rosenior taking over at Chelsea, all about his colour and then they remember Ruud Gullet, so Rosenior is not a trailblazer either in the PL or at Chelsea he's just the latest in a long line of managers and should be treated as such.
