Investment into social liberalism and away from social conservativism post WW2 was a disaster and now generations will have to repair the damage to Europe.....at huge cost to many.

Personally I think it's fifty fifty if they even can once these clowns go.

None of these elites are worth their rewards.....and it annoys me that many of those at fault for where we are...are long dead.

A lot of the woke are the middle class who've never really had real struggle in their lives.

The mental illness on the left has been off the charts for about twenty years now.....it was always higher but it's been elevated and spread via social media.

Why don’t you respond to the questions with that tone?

They are probably trying to identify those who are intolerant of differences to avoid employing them, so you would be helping them with their objectives.

Have you ever thought that might be one of the reasons you are job hunting in the first place?

I was once out of work for 6 weeks. I applied for over 100 jobs in that time all of which I was qualified for.
I never even got one interview so I feel for you.

The thing that really pissed me off was that for every job advertised they had hundreds of applications many of course would not have been qualified. This is because the job centre demands that the unemployed apply for X number of jobs each week so it's a numbers game.

I get that we need the unemployed to be actively looking but quite how an employer is supposed to wade through a pile of unsuitable applications looking for decent candidates I really don't know. I guess it becomes a job ticking exercise, square pegs and square holes etc.

Anyway out of the blue and old boss phoned me up she didn't even know I was unemployed and offered me a fantastic job.

Good luck keep trying and don't give up. You never know today maybe the day....

Which would be discrimination wouldn't it.

How about they don't divide people up and just recruit who they think can do the best job. You might love seeing company resources spent on rainbow flags but I prefer to concentrate on my job rather than being forced to celebrate someone else's sexual preferences. There's an irony to your understanding of tolerance
