Setting things in context is essential to understanding. Ignore it and you inevitably fail to grasp the true meaning of anything. Regrettably it happens far too often here, which is maybe why I find the need to remind.

I have no knowledge of “gusset” or his opinions.

There are a few who post reasonable and rational opinions here. Not necessarily always but on certain subjects. You included.

I would say that there's a few over there who believe that, but I agree with your view. Fascism has a definition so whether or not one fits the bill is simply a matter of cross reference I imagine.

I would not be surprised at all if the weirdos that believe it though have already noted my presence here and have patted themselves on the back with comments such as 'true colours' and other nonsense. Job done for them, the hobby of lobbying until someone is banned and they will simply move on to the next person.

I miss the away fans end though, slagging off the weeds is a great release.

the argument is that the extreme left and extreme right have much in common. And look very similar to each other. Hitler & Stalin....for want of a metaphor.

- anti democratic
- anti free speech
- authoritarian
- violent
- intolerant of all dissent or counter-argument
- lack of respect for facts or other inconvenient arguments.
- a history of people-trafficking & messing with large cohorts of the population

The similarity between the angry harpies of Antifa, shrieking in the streets, dressed in Black.....and the Nuns of General Franco's Spain......those similarities are all there to be witnessed.

Not missing much, Spindle Andy has skulked off again having been called out by Alderhorst for being Noone. Mat has disappeared so no fun atm

It's not what the BBS is saying I find funny.

You would think they would be talking about the NHS reforms and benefit cuts, very little on there. Mostly when it gets raise it's blame the Tories, blame Brexit and lets go to war with Russia.

He is no more standing up against “woke” than he is flying to the moon.

He is defying a court order and is on the way to bankruptcy as a consequence. There are legal ways to protest and/or state your opinion. He has decided not to take any. He just keeps doing what he has been ordered not to do. Laws exist for everyone, even those who disagree with them.

Well, you started a sentence with 'Or' and made so many little mistakes that if we could somehow bring back my old long dead English teacher he'd have another fatal heart attack just reading your post.

However, I'd forgive you these crimes if your 'educational brainwashing' were genuine but as it isn't I can only say 'bah humbug'.
