Exactly. Add to that the pitch is too small because there is a huge fo supermarket where there used to be pitch and it's easy to see why we can't get in behind at home. In that respect I can understand buying Strand Larsen and lots of crosses once we go to 4 at the back hopefully. Makes me think we have agreed a contract with Lampard as surely these signings are not for Glasner. We have done well for years away from home as home teams don't sit deep for the likes of us so there is more space for the counter attack, which we prefer.The obvious answer is that teams sit back and we can’t break down a low block. Lanzo will undoubtedly point out that playing with a back five is a major factor in that.
The flip side is our relative success away from home where teams attack us and we can hit them on the break. Basically we’re a counterattacking side and that’s it.
Since we don't look like buying Sainsburys out anytime soon I guess this is our Plan B.
