Obviously none you can detect. I possibly do have an advantage in this though as it was my profession at one point of my life. The identification of trace aromas was key to success. So no evidence then.

If your hooter can detect these things from over 3000 miles away it is indeed a spectacularly efficient appendage.Obviously none you can detect. I possibly do have an advantage in this though as it was my profession at one point of my life. The identification of trace aromas was key to success.

Your “hooter” is merely a conduit. The ultimate determination takes place in the brain. In this case the conduits are the eyes and ears, with aroma being mere shorthand and an assistant to comprehension. Which, of course, assumes the recipient is capable of comprehension. If your hooter can detect these things from over 3000 miles away it is indeed a spectacularly efficient appendage.

Hardly relevant. Trace aromas can only be detected by sophisticated machines, using things such as mass spectrometry. Or the human brain after sniffing on a strip. In the air they are undetectable. No doubt the source of it followed you around everywhere you went.

With no assumption that the recipient is reliant on any kind of confirmation bias. Never mind. Trump is on the case.Your “hooter” is merely a conduit. I have observed Netanyahu for many years, and have heard directly from people in Israel, when I was there just before the Hamas attack, how he is regarded by many and what he is capable of.With no assumption that the recipient is reliant on any kind of confirmation bias. Do you seriously think he hasn't got more to worry about than trying to score PR points from a football match?I have observed Netanyahu for many years, and have heard directly from people in Israel, when I was there just before the Hamas attack, how he is regarded by many and what he is capable of.
So yes, I have a presumption of distrust in everything he does. One I would argue is well founded and totally deserved. Trump is only ever on his own case. So too is Netanyahu. If the cases match then Netanyahu gets the green light. Do you seriously think Netanyahu wouldn’t lean on a football club if he thought doing so could benefit him?

FairWhat's interesting is the same people on here who said they don't hate Jews - they just care for the plight of the Palestinians or simply dislike the Israeli government.
Well it turns out that they the very same people who support the ban of Israel football fans from visiting Birmingham - and who have nothing to do with the actions of their government.
Quite blatant antisemitism. No wonder they don't like it being pointed out!

Starmer didn't seem to have much else to worry about. But still somehow managed to get it entirely wrong.Do you seriously think he hasn't got more to worry about than trying to score PR points from a football match?

Liverpool fans and others regularly sing songs about the Munich accident, should they be banned for celebrating death?
This is a circular "debate" , nothing Maccabi fans sing is worse than chanting river to the sea etc.

From the river to the sea is a chant calling for the destruction of Israel and killing every Jew therein, plus Druze of courseHow is 'river to the sea' in any way comparable to chants celebrating raping women and killing kids? It was originally a Zionist slogan anyway.

I do get this argument, and I know it's a bit lame to start policing chants - but if you think about what Maccabi fans are doing, it's way worse than this. It'd be like Liverpool fans shooting down the plane then singing about it the next day. Most Macabbi fans are ex IDF, some of them current IDF - they have Mossad accompany them to away games. The atrocoties are being carried out now, not decades ago like Munich. Munich was a tragedy, an accident. Genocide in the case of Gaza is quite calculated, deliberate and ongoing.
