Villa v Maccabi

The Met say the decision on events is with the Home Office, Starmer powerless to over rule WMP it seems. The country is past the tipping point of rolling back this madness

The Home Office? LOL. Might as well just rename it the Ministry for Islamic Affairs. Literally from top to bottom.

If what the Met says is true ( I’m not sure it is) then the Home Secretary could overrule this…. Oh wait. So the PM can’t overrule this or decision in Chinagate. WTF can he do then?
I would hope UEFA get involved but somehow I doubt it, unless of course the fat Greek has Jewish blood.

From what I read about the Amsterdam incidents, there was more than substantial input from the Jewish fans. And again they played the Jew-Hate card.
Perhaps the Birmingham communities felt it was an unwanted risk, by allowing some of the more violent away fans to the game.
Away fans always contain a more excitable selection of people.

Khan campaigned for this during which he stated that Aston was "a Muslim community". (Where's the diversity?).

It is blatant anti-Semitism, and an indication of how Islam functions. They start nice, introduce objection to criticism of their religion, then once large enough and in power bully the larger population with s*** like this with the protection that they can be utterly hypercritical and not be held to account.

I'd wager their "community" comes out to attack the Jew players, they'll be out causing trouble anyway.

This is a time for strength and to really push back, but our leaders will be weak, scared of the useful idiots and Muslim mouthpieces.

It's why Britain will fall to Islam in the end, just like dozens of nations have since 700ad

The socialist worker website is bound to say that

That would be because the local community in Aston are mostly jew hating, not rocket science.

Ayoub Khan was elected by jew hating muslims FFS

What would the reaction have been if away fans had been banned from Millwall home games because "the fans are mostly maniacs and it won't be safe".
Birmingham should consult Glasgow police. They're quite used to fans who don't see eye to eye.

That's not the point, it's about kneeling at the whim of a jew hating pro Gaza MP

Good gosh, this is precisely what I had been thinking whilst extending this to consider the scenario whereby Millwall supporters are banned from attending the London Stadium for fear of violence between supporters who have a history of engaging with one another.

I fully accept that there could have been protests but these are prevalent every weekend with hordes spewing anti-semitic bile or those from the Left with their pro-immigration banners and Police have managed to keep warring factions apart.

is it permissible to say "this is a Christian community"....that is "a christian country" ? or is it bombastic and arrogant, giving no respect to the other parts of a plurality ?

anyway the word Maccabi means 'Hammers'........perhaps they should be playing in East London.

Anti-semetic, pure and simple.

Starmer has an opportunity here to back up his recent statement, let's see what he does.
Starmer needs to consult the West Midlands Police and understand their reasoning before rushing to judgement and assuming things!

That’s exactly what you, Yaxley-Lennon and everyone agreeing with him also need to do.

Allowing fans with a history of causing trouble to visit at a time of increased tension is a recipe for disaster. There are much better ways of opposing anti semitism than that. Statements in the programme and messages in the stadium that can be seen on TVs around the world would make much better points than fighting or police holding back groups.

This is what happens when you allow radical Muslims into positions of power.

Vote Reform.

oh cmon, that doesnt happen in all muslim countries. We are told that Turkey and Tunisia are almost secular and very tolerant places ? they allow beer , for example.

Seems to be a lot of people conflating Israelis with Jews in this thread, which as we know is classic antisemitism.

Disappointing.
I take your point. There may usually be a difference, but in this instance, it seems to be obviously a cultural/religious conflict, rather than being nationalistic, or club-related thing.
Any potential problems are very much between Muslims and Jews.
Certainly those have been the issues raised

Away fans get banned all the time. That is not the issue here. The issue here is that the primary driving force behind this has been politicians. This decision is a political one. Makes it unique.
