Villa prediction

So, Wharton starts, Lerma to bench but no Franca in squad, he wasn't in the U21's squad l/n in their 2-0 victory away to West Brom.
Glasner said Franca wouldn’t be involved tonight as no full training session was held before tonight’s Villa game, presumably because of the proximity to the Fulham game (I.e he was keeping the same squad for both games).

He added that Franca may get some minutes during the forthcoming friendly game during the break later in March, the implication being that he may well not be involved against Millwall or Ipswich either ( barring injuries).
I think it’s 2 from 3 on the bench between Esse, Devenny and Franca and at the moment Glasner is electing for the former two.

A learned gentleman versed in such matters opined that an away victory was the most likely outcome , but that we may just be able to scrape an honorable draw. He continued that if neither outcome came to fruition then it would undoubtedly be a home win, a view with which I vehemently concur.
Tonight, Matthew, I'm going to be … 🤣

Villa, unbeaten in four and looking to renew their challemge for a European place visit Palace who've shipped a brace in each of their last wo home games. That looks pretty easy to call! 1-0 home win. COYP
