People who trade in bananas?Blame the immigrants, without them we'd be great again!
Blame the hundreds of countries who've been ripping us off in trade for decades.
AIUI most of the illegals come from Central America, where just about every country has been exploited to the hilt by .... you guessed it the good ol' USA. Who installed tin pot disctators who towed the US line. Now they're hell holes who satisfy the insatiable demand for drugs to .... yep the USA.
Trump blames their horrendous trade inbalance on every country who sell them imports. The USA simply doesn't match this with their exports - so it's other countries' fault isn't it.
Tariffs will encourage industry to move back into the US and reignite the US. Who TF would want to locate to what is fast becoming the world's largest banana republic?

Bit of a sticky wicket here Dan since the Trumpian opinions of posters who live in America are regularly dismissed. Apparently distance adds perspective.
So everything you ‘know’ about America is what you ‘hear’ on the internet?
OK then.
Yeah I get your point. However Habeas Corpus is the bedrock of any democracy. The US has suspended it before as have we but it's never a good idea.
There has to be a better legal way to tackle the problem. During WW2 the Americans interned thousands of American Japanese without justification but left equivalent Germans, Italians etc. on the streets, that was shameful.
Fair enough, serf. But it does happen regularly. To everyone who voted for him for a start. Not by me, squire.
That was a general post. Also we all get info second hand.Well I’m all ears to what personal connections he does have to the country he’s so confidently predicting secession for.
So you can't have an opinion on the USA unless you have been there?I would suggest that asking some confidently predicting secession in a country exactly how qualified his background is on that country is far more relevant than your utter nonsense, Georgie Boy.
Some truth in that in relation to the US and Central and South America. But in fairness, none of the policies were Trump.Blame the immigrants, without them we'd be great again!

They can’t even vote! Only citizens can vote in Federal elections. The claims are more about seats in Congress being manipulated because everyone, legal or illegal, are counted in a census and the theory is that the Democrats gain a benefit in areas with higher numbers of illegals. A theory that has been disproved by a number of studies:-So let’s get this right. Illegal immigrants are being shipped in, by the Democrats, in their thousands, for their votes.
Yeah right. You know it’s true, you can just imagine Trump saying it.
WTF
Everyone’s allowed an opinion. The validity of it depends on upon many, many things though.
I would suggest that someone who lives there, has lived there, spends plenty of time there, or has plenty of personal links to the country would be hold a far more valid opinion than someone with a very extreme one who has literally never set foot there.
Dismissed? Never!Bit of a sticky wicket here Dan since the Trumpian opinions of posters who live in America are regularly dismissed. Apparently distance adds perspective.

I suppose that goes both ways then.
I guess Houston eagle has the only valid opinion then on this topic.
So my opinion is less valid because I haven't lived there?
Yet those that live there and share my opinion are more valid?
What about the opinions of people who live there but disagree on this topic? So their opinions are more valid even if one agrees with me because, 'magic soil'?
Yeah, nice chuck of leftist logic right there.
Tell me, how valid is your opinion on British history and the past? How valid is your opinion on slavery considering you nor anyone living today existed during it?
Yes. You got there eventually. Take the rest of the day off.
I doubt they'd care as it wouldn't be that significant.I never said others were completely invalid. But Houston’s is certainly more valid than those who don’t live there and deal with the every day realities.
Would enjoy the attitudes of some on here if we had a US poster who had never set foot in Britain lecturing us about UK politics.
