The two Federal charges, the one alleging election interference and the other alleging the retention of documents, could be revised. However either Trump, or the next President, could pardon him.
That’s not true of the State charge in Georgia which alleges attempted interference in their election. That’s currently suspended because the defence managed to get the Judge dismissed. She will though be replaced and the trials of the co-defendants will go ahead this year, some of whom have already pleaded guilty, notably Sidney Powell. It’s unknown what kind of plea deal might have been made. Being at State level Trump cannot pardon. So that will be revised in 4 years with some guilty verdicts of co-conspirators already recorded and their statements on file.
He’s not off the hook yet.
He was given an unconditional discharge on today’s but he was still found guilty and becomes the first ever felon to become President. That stain will always be his alone.
