That's because he's not guilty. The only argument going against this officer is that she was turning the wheel rightwards.

You should go and watch the video of the analysis by an attorney who examines the arguments of both sides, the video in detail and what the scope of lethal force is in this case. He also highlights that 6 months prior this same cop was dragged by a car and injured badly over a traffic stop felon who made a getaway.
