US Politics

My forecast of the result doesn’t but everything else does.

I wager many of those who decided to give Trump the benefit of any doubt now regret it though. Although trying to forecast how the voters in the USA will react to things often seems to defy both logic and common sense.

We have become accustomed to that. What is so disappointing is to see those attitudes replicated here, albeit in a much smaller minority than is found in the USA. I am sorry if you find that patronising. I think it’s just an obvious truth. We are generally politically more adept than that.
Oh if only the vote was withdrawn from “ thickos” eh

A website called charliesmurderers.com is creating a list of people who have posted online supporting and/or celebrating the killing of Charlie Kirk. Where known, they are going to name their employer or college in the hope that they are sacked and, if not, the business or college boycotted.
It's a great idea and initiative.

Having read a dozen or so I find this quite overboard. Most of them are just quoting him on his 2nd Amendment quote, they simply aren't sympathic rather than outright celebrating his death. I think that trying to get somebody the sack is very much a "cancel me too" radical left type strategy that shouldn't be indulged in.

IF they stood up saying "Yay!" and the likes then sure, go for them, but most are not.

They can add this moron to the list too, although, she was already sacked off by the Beeb.

According to her, the streets have been silent regarding the war in Gaza, has she been living under a rock?

Funny, because I don't recall a post from her about the 47 minutes being "too graphic". She's a sectarian.

The other day the BBC explained in a roundabout way why she was sacked. I doubt it was for her views as they probably chime with the rest of the staff. It was for more practical reasons.

The gist of the article was that viewing figures for cookery shows has plummeted not just on the BBC but across the TV spectrum. People have got bored with the genre so only a handful of ones are doing well. She, simply isn't that interesting a chef she is not mentioned by name but I suspect that as she has been moaning in the press this was a timely article explaining why the BBC is cutting back.

As for her comments about Gaza, yes they are stupid. We have had wall to wall coverage (not that it is wrong) since the start. It's just another pathetic Z list celebrity trying to be relevant. I wonder how much money has she donated to the cause she suddenly feels so passionate about?

I don't care now - attack the Left in every legal way we can.
