Unsung player, has had plenty of detractors on here, but, slowly but surely(no, i won't call you Shirley), people are coming round to him. Now, apparently he's been carrying an Achilles injury . . .

I like the lad a lot. He plays a solid game with timely challenges and is getting more confident about his ability to run the line and pass into the box.

Makes no fuss, no drama, no hysterics, just unassumingly gets on with his job. Sorry to learn about his Achilles and hope he's able to play through it till the end of season when he can get it properly sorted.

Certainly deserves an international opportunity.

Defensively easily one of the best full backs in the country if not the best.

Against W Ham he showed his worth again by nullifying the threat of Bowen, himself a major talent.

I think Tyrick is a Palace icon.

Between him and Sarr for Player of the Season.

Love Tyrick, he does his job week in week out and must be one of the most consistent defenders in the league.

Agreed. He gives100% every game and is our most reliable defender. You can see that for someone who is instinctively defensively minded - he is working really hard to improve His forward play (not as fast as I’d like) but he is being asked to play a wing back role when his natural position is left back.

I hope we never sell him.

Mitchell has been our POTY for me. I hope this gets recognised with the England call up he deserves

Love mitchell. Just edged out of POTY by Sarr's immensenous this year. Proper reliable no nonsense Left back. Transitioning ok to the wing back OG Wants him to be, but obviously not natural for him.

Looking at the players ahead of him in the England squad;
Lewis Hall, Nico O'Reilly.. with the latter being a utility player of sorts so reckon he's gonna go, but both are ahead of TM based on their attacking prowess vs most the of teams we'll play.
Then there's Djed Spence, another attack minded player.. who's actually been pretty bad in a rubbish Spurs side this year.

TM should be in there as the most defensivly solid we have; so take Lewis Hall, Tyrick Mitchell with Nico O'Reilly as the utility option/cover. but Heir Tuchel don't fancy him for some reason, but I'd rather play Mitchell when the oppo right winger is someone like Lamal.
