Tottenham vs Crystal Palace match thread

I wanted to turn the game off after the 10 minute VAR offside in the first half. It’s very easy to forget nonsense like that when you go onto be 3-1 up shortly after but it needs to be addressed how bad football is becoming for the fans now.

8 minutes as standard extra time both halves and the Ref can’t possibly Ref a match without Bluetooth comms.

It really isn’t football anymore. I can see me losing all interest over the next decade. Such a shame.
Spot on.
These terribly clever people who run the game just won't stop until it's wholly unrecognisable from the game that we all feel in love with.
Wankers.

I didn't realise from listening to the Radio London commentary that we'd been lucky.

I think ‘luck’ in football is a term for not having the ref, bounces of the ball, unfortunate moments etc go against you.

Early doors we had a goal ruled out for a nose, lost Munoz and conceded a goal from a moment of lapsed concentration.

Against United a dubious penalty and sending off swung a game we were winning and comfortable in.

The penalty and sending off changed everything tonight. I’m grateful for it.

That should be relegation off our minds at least. Maybe we get a result against Leeds and can go all out in Europe now?

Good win. Did to them a bit what Burnley did to us with a three goal blitz. JSL was really good and Wharton has played well the last couple of games.

As per Spurs, my word they are a shambles. Maybe Daniel Levy wasn’t the problem after all

Very good win
That must be one of the worst Tottenham teams I've seen in recent years.
Gallagher a shadow of the player who played for us, not even displaying his characteristic energy.
Sarr will get the plaudits, but Richards made a valuable contribution defensively and shouldn't be overlooked.
I'll be interested to see what happens with Gallagher. He was such a bundle of energy for us but even then, when he was a good few years younger, he seemed to have run himself into the ground by Xmas and be a bit less full of go afterwards. Does he have the quality to not need to rely on energy as his calling card?
