Companies are great things as they allow innovation and investment but it's just so easy to use the corp veil to say avoid tax (stress there are legitimate ways to mitigate tax using a company,) or to carry out dodgy activities again and again with little fear of reprisal.
Cutting off the formation agents is a start but they will pop up again .
