Tommy Robinson

I think Wisbech is alluding to the "fight fire with fire" principle, rather than just using violence as a default position. My own view is that using violence as a proportionate response to violence, can be wholly justified. You just have to ensure you win. 🙂

Therefore disproportionate violence

State persecution.

Not a free country.

It's two tier when the Daily Mail can do to Robinson what Robinson isn't allowed to do to them.
Disappointed in the jury, I didn't sit through the trial so read about if via the lens of the media. I would have found him not guilty. As you say if the Mail can intrude into our private lives and harass our families at home why can't we retaliate. I saw very little evidence of threats.

are journalists a 'protected class of people' ? I am only asking the question. Do we put them into the category with all the other protected classes of 2 tier ? religious street-preachers, University Professors, comedians, flag wavers...............ie some are suppressed while others are put on a pedestal.

You can attack the message, but you cannot have a go at the messenger.

Years ago I read an article by a legal journalist. He claimed that within legal circles certain courts had a reputation, if you wanted an establishment judge try this court, a lenient judge (they all are these days) that court. If you were a Scouse celebrity on trial for tax evasion you definitely wanted your trial in Liverpool etc. I forget which court but he stated that there was a court in East London / Essex? where the number of guilty verdicts was the lowest in the country. You'd definitely want your case at that court.

So if the establishment want a guilty verdict you don't need to fix the jury, just appoint the right judge in the right court it's not full proof but you've nudged the trial your way. In the case of Robinson pick a inner city court, the jury pool is bound to be diverse and make sure you throw the R word into the mix.

This just about sums up what you are saying

The lenient one was probably Snaresbrook, near Stratford. The evidence required to get you sent down from there was unbelievable.

I have been saying it on here for ages. The Crusade that Tommy launched himself on........its effectively a suicidal death-sentence. Apart from escaping to a secure compound in Israel, his life is now over. No freedom to walk the streets and now facing a long stint in a scary jail. A jail filled with the usual suspects. A lot of feckers die in jail.......of course the Elites do not want a martyr. I cannot see TR ever again getting to lead tens of thousands of men marching through London.

I predict an end to the politicking of TR, and some other fecker to step into the breach.
