Three most important

Depends what you're asking - I think the hardest to replace is different to the most important.

I'd argue Eze will be the hardest to replace - you tend to have to pay through the roof for that type of talented match-winner, and they don't always go to plan.

But I think our most important players currently are Mateta, Wharton and Guehi.

Glasner will probably be hardest to replace.
The other one is goals are hardest to replace - so Mateta.
Because you can buy a striker doing well but you never quite know if they'll do well for you.
Unless it's someone like Kane, Haaland or Ronaldo. Players that will never be coming here.
Yep i agree with you there , Glasner seems to turn average players into very good players . It is imperative that we hang on to him IMO the rest will follow .

I have just finished painting the terrace floor, knackered
I turned 60 yesterday . We went for a trek up to a place called The Devils Bit. Im sure it will be on Google . I thought my lungs were going to burst , nearly gave up a few times but we made it . Great memories though .

Just back from Peru where I climbed Rainbow mountain or should I saw walked. It's not that difficult apart from the altitude which is close to Everest base camp. Got some fantastic pics however this one is from Google

Mateta is almost near on impossible to replace, there's not many great no9's in football at the moment, especially for a club our size.

Eze would be the easiest to replace, I still think he has so much lacking to his game that replacing him with someone who has more attributes would make us stronger as a team but for me what he's good at is priceless, I'd be devastated to see him go and there's not one proven player who we could get that would excite me and get me out my seat, like eze can. There's plenty of midtable teams who're better and have had better seasons than us and none of them have a player I'd swap for eze. That includes villa and Newcastle.

Isak is clearly a major upgrade on Eze and offers the same 'wow' factor.

I'd also say the same of Morgan Rogers, Jarrod Bowen, Morgan Gibbs-White and Bryan Mbuemo in terms of attacking players.

What happened to your touting of Eze as a world-class Palace great, Lanzo?

Gone off the boil?
No, he is a player with world class ability, easily the best in our squad, but, he doesn't seem he has the drive or ambition to improve, he is a No 10, but we don't play that way, so IMO if your played Sarr on the left and a Olise type, Left footed right winger, he would be easier to replace than, Mateta, Muñoz or Wharton. He needs a similar move like Olise, not the Premier League, Germany, France or Spain, where you only play about 15/20 tough matches a season, not 38+
