It's hugely entertaining to see their fans' expressions during matches looking as though they're watching the Hindenburg disaster. They're at a football match not coming out of a battle in Vietnam.

Very true but that's the entertainment factor; seeing loads of deluded plums who think they're Jack the Biscuit seeing their shiny stadium turning into a mausoleum.

Son did fine didn't he? Until he lost a bit of pace, then he was gone. Maddison injured usually so perhaps a f*** up but he's a decent player. If he wasn't injured, I'm pretty sure they'd be doing better. Richarlison has never quite lived up to the hype has he? But I'd presume he likely has better stats than most of our players. Hilariously enough.
I expect they were/are all well overpaid for sure. But that is so many footballers these days.

So true, they’re obviously great players, they wouldn’t be at spurs in the first place if they weren’t, but when you’ve got a team full of arrogance who think they’re bigger than the club and don’t want to give they’re all for the manager and the shirt and fans, this is what happens.
We’ve seen it at West Ham, man united since Fergie left.
This is why we punch above our weight, because whatever we think of certain players, we do a pretty good job of getting players in who at least give their all for the club

I don't really particularly see a problem with Son and it's hard to remember who Maddison is but I'm pretty sure they tried harder than the current crop. I'm also pretty sure Richarlison is not the main problem. I'd say the problem is with the crap and non existent team leadership and the sheer stupidity of the players as a group.
However, I will say you're right that they're shitheads but so are Arsenal and they're doing ok.
