The police don’t label things that way. They investigate, collect evidence and present their findings to the CPS for assessment. If it proceeds to Court then a Judge, on sentencing, would be the one to add a description to justify the sentence. Until then nothing should be said to avoid handing the defence an opportunity to claim prejudice.

Why are GBNews scumbags? They don’t care about actually assisting the course of justice, or compromising a successful prosecution with unproven allegations as headlines. They just pander to right wing sentiment. They aren’t a news organisation in any meaningful way. They are a mouthpiece for prejudice. And Farage.

I'm surprised the BBC got it all so wrong when they should be trusted by us all. I don't suppose they did anything wrong about Trump though, as he is such a bad person which is certainly the reason they would be correct. In context certainly. They surely won't have to pay out there.

Are you seriously trying to compare the sensitivities of a pop star to the need to analyse the behaviour of the most powerful man on earth? Someone who represents the biggest threat to our survival I have seen during my 81 years.

You seem to know a lot about GB News, you must be an avid viewer. Unfortunately you must watch with anti- right wing blinkers on. They give more of a platform to left leaning guests than other outlets give to right leaning guests. Oh don’t give me your usual “ they just bully the left wingers” because that is absolute bullshit. Of course others get into occasional hot water! This though is about GB News, an organisation who, by the way, are at the top of the list of Ofcom disciplinary actions.

I suspect there are far more on the right waiting to spot an uncrossed t in BBC output than ever there are reports being made on GB News.
