Strasburg - Tickets / Travel / Accommodation / Meeting points / Local knowledge

Unbelievable that the end is sold out before it got to supporters with 10k points! Someone said on X.com that there are only 900 fans that have 11k points so something seems a bit off here.

I'd like to know the breakdown how many of the 1,500 were given to player comps, HF, away season ticket holders or corporate. It's really bad that away season ticket holders got priority over people who have accrued points across many years.
 
No golden ticket for me!
Do away season tickets still exist? I’ve not seen them available for years and they never get a mention on any priority phases? As for HF - clearly they get an allocation as they are always ‘seated’ together. Then there’s friends and family - normally a mate of a mate of a mate’s daughter’s boyfriend and it’s their first ever football match.
Basically don’t say there are 1500 tickets available for supporters when clearly there isn’t.
For the lucky ones - enjoy the experience!

Absolutely – just be honest and the say allocation is f***ing 500!
 
Absolutely gutted- travel and accommodation booked prior to the Charter option became available and with only 8,000 points had no chance of a ticket today.

Been supporting and watching Palace for over 50 years and a ST holder for the past 15 years - having the opportunity of watching Palace at a proper European away game was on my bucket list and the reality is that even for the knock out fixtures it is unlikely that I will have sufficient points to get a ticket.

It's extremely frustrating but you're not the only one. Unfortunately with such low ticket allocations the reality is the 'majority' of fans are likely to be left disappointed.

I appreciate that many fans will be in the same boat - moral of the story is don’t book travel or accommodation before getting a ticket.

To be fair, lots of people seem to be getting tickets in the home end. It's obviously not as good of an experience but it's still something.

Yeah I managed to get one in block 110 near the away end in the upper tier through using a mate's French debit card. With such a small away end allocation then people are naturally going to try and get in the ground via other means.

I tried to get a ticket in the away end but it will not accept a uk card to pay for it and don’t know anyone who has a French one.

If anyone does and can get me a ticket (appreciate that you have to buy for 2 games) then that would be massively appreciated.? Can obviously transfer funds etc.
 
As someone who booked travel and accommodation (for my son and I who both have 10k plus points) for this as soon as the fixture was confirmed I was aware that there was a risk that we wouldn't get tickets. Given the amount of points we have I thought it would be a smaller risk than it turned out but given the limited travel options it was a risk I considered worth taking. I am very disappointed however that tickets were sold out during the first phase (the club put up about 12 sales phases over 2 days originally so that turned out well) and also that it appears that it was possible to get tickets as part of a travel package if you stumped up the cash regardless of any loyalty points - is this true?. I do firmly believe that there should be some visibility of how tickets are allocated, no system is perfect but at least we would all know where we stood, given that many of us are lifelong Palace supporters. I can only hope there is a further ticket allocation and we're lucky enough to get some.
If nothing else we're looking forward to a good night out in a Strasbourg bar!! Up the Palace!!
