Oh dear. Looks like, well you know. No motive needed to be charged for possession BUT as there’s no motive for the Southport incident it isn’t classed as ‘a terrorist incident’.

‘The teenager accused of murdering three young girls in Southport has been charged with producing the poison ricin and possessing a military study of an al-Qaeda training manual.

Counter Terrorism Police have not declared the (Southport) matter a terrorist incident.

The charges which have been added do not require a motive to be established.

In order for the (Southport) incident to be classed as a terrorist incident, motive would need to be established.’

I think few of us have little doubt that if this had been a right winger who had downloaded some violent manual from a banned right wing organisation, produced poison and then goes onto murder non European children that he would have been charged under the terrorism act.

We wouldn't be getting a mealy mouthed disconnect.

This comes across as political to me and the charge can be made that the people at the top of these organisations hold certain political beliefs that affect their judgement and/or have come under political influence.

We know for example that the civil service stopped Tory ministers from releasing documents on grooming gangs because of what was contained in them.

They aren't interested in what is best for you, they are interested in socially engineering what is best for their own ideologies and protecting it from inconvenient truths.

As always, the timing is the key.

1. After Tommy Robinson makes every effort under the sun to make sure he is locked away.
2. After the demo on Saturday.
3. After the clocks go back meaning the nights are darker so any potential unrest is minimised.
4. Just before a budget which will no doubt dominate the headlines.

Think you hate our Establishment enough? Think again.

We ready need to stop being surprised by what the establishment does. They are totally corrupt.

This is subjugation. They no longer serve us. They control us while they carry out the agenda of their pay masters.

BBC, 19 August: "The violence was started by false online rumours that the suspect in the Southport attack was a Muslim."

BBC, 29 October: "[He] has been charged with producing the poison ricin and possessing a military study of an al-Qaeda training manual."
The defence from left wing commentators like Ed Balls on GMTV this morning is that by talking about the defendant , spreading rumour and jumping to conclusion could seriously harm the case for the prosecution . No problem with that however.

The BBC , the PM, the Home secretary and various government minions all did exactly that with the cases against those caught up in the riots ,some of which are serving long jail terms . At the very least there needs to be some re-trials as the perception on which they were sentenced ,Far right thugs acting on false online rumours is now one of concerned residents acting on a sound belief that it was yet another wanna be terrorist murdering our children .
I would say a more lenient view would have been taken at least against those writing or shouting hurty words

What we have learned about him 3 months on is not rumour, it’s fact. They withheld facts. Now theyre using there being ‘no motive’ for the attack so it isn’t a terror incident , even though he had a terrorist manual and poison. Seriously?

When this kicked off, the murderer was described as a Welshman by the powers that be.
It is time this country woke up to the reality that immigration has brought a far closer link to global terrorism and it should start being open and honest about things.
The murderer should have been described exactly as he is, born in Wales to Ruwandan immigrant parents.

Football doesn't hide the nationalities of players anywhere. On the contrary. it is open honest and proud of its diversity, inclusiveness and equality.
Its about time our government learnt a lesson about multi culturalism from the football clans globally. Good or bad, there is never anything gained in hiding information on race, nationality etc. It is important to everybody that all information is open, honest and shared in all cases.

DEI is all about victims. The police collect DEI data about victims but not criminals. I think you can see where the establishment thinking goes.

What exactly are those facts though?

I knew when this story broke yesterday people here would be all over it like flies on a turd.

It’s nothing. The guy killed 3 children and tried to kill more. He obviously had something going on in his head to motivate him to do that and that was obvious from the moment he did it.

What that might be remains unknown.

The fact that he made Ricin and read reports on the methods used by terrorists may help to determine it, but jumping to conclusions won’t and their contribution is certainly not clear to me. Reading about the methods used by terrorists doesn’t mean he was one.

Until we know what his motivation is found to have been we know no more today than before.

So what. They are both true.

The fact that he produced poison or read a military study simply confirms he was disturbed in some way. Not that he is either a terrorist or a Muslim. He might turn out to be both but rioting based on rumour is always unacceptable.

You really are unbelievable. No wonder we’re in the state we’re in as a country.

And I knew when this story broke you’d post something like this.

They would have known these facts early on but Starmer was carrying on like there was nothing to be concerned about. You’re obviously okay with that. Speaks volumes.

It's obvious why they didn't and the ensuing riots proved that.

Also, possessing terrorism "how to" books does not make him an Islamic terrorist. It makes him a complete nutter. Not someone fighting for a world Caliphate. I suspect he was more likely to be attracted by their methods and would have no clue what their end game is. Thus, he could have quite easily accessed the abundance of "far right" or special forces material online.

I do of course agree the two tier approach as fundamentally wrong while, annoyingly, understanding the reason why it exists. The right/white are better containable. The other/brown are not. This country is in deep as it is. The last thing it needs is the cost of cleaning up after another 1981.
