Restore is about representing the actual right. They will vote Restore but what Farage is doing is more his Thatcherite 'city boy' fever dream.

Farage is going to spend his time looking for MPs from other parties and basically the boomer class, he's not representing the youth coming through. As I said, nothing Reform are going to do will address the real problems and most of us know that.....but if it can stop the rot, it'll be something.

Currently Farage is our only hope to escape the progressives ruling the country so by Restore not being a party it won't wreck it but instead represent what the base is after Farage actually buggers off....which with Farage is as soon as he loses interest.

I have zero faith they will change anything.

What I want to see is ACTUAL legislation laid out in advance that would be literally enacted on the first day in which an entire raft of laws and our membership of the ECHR is revoked immediately. I want to see cast iron pledges that our judicary will be nullified in terms of their ability to resist the changes along with a wholesale purge of the civil service, especially in the Home Office. In short I want it spelt out and I want to made clear that if they don't do this then stand down within the first 6 months.

People need to really look at what they did to Lowe and ask themselves why? Why was he deemed such a problem? Now I believe it was because he was gaining deserved traction as a man who might actually have that rare 'Ronseal' factor that means he does what it says on the tin.

Personally I believe Britain, as we understand it, is beyond saving. Our institutions are so rotten that I am struggling to believe they can be saved. With Lowe the only man in politics who actually seems to get that and is willing to put it all on the line.

I am sick to death of the Right being effectively conned by people. And for me, the likes of Farage and Tommy Robinson are two sides of the same scheckel. And the longer people buy into them as 'our' guys, the more we are going to get screwed.

The last thing the right needs is division. It cannot do anything unless it has power. Farage is the popular face of the right and the man who can make it happen.

If Farage fails to deliver, then there is a good chance that the country will swing further to the right.

Whilst I can agree that overhaul of the Home Office, and many other Government Departments is sorely needed it is only because they are so grossly inefficient and illogical with their decision making. You would find some of the things that I have had to deal with in recent years hard to believe they are so counter to intelligence. Then getting a review takes months and is generally dismissed without discussion.
