They didn't object on conscience or go AWOL. So they made tremendous sacrifices including being separated from their family for years on end. So they didn’t object and you’re proud of them. Some object to immigrants going AWOL and being here or Gaza actually being called a genocide which it isn’t and they get called out for being racist.

You may want a long hard look in the mirror if you want to fight fascism. As the modern left aligns more with fascism than today's right through its embrace of authoritarian control over speech, culture, thought, cancel culture, deplatforming, and institutional censorship.

I mean, I'm not sure when it became a for or against argument about fascism although I admit I haven't read every post. I should probably also admit that I don't care either and get back in my box, but there's not much on telly.

Well, i may surprise you as I've been spurred to action.

I've decided to start my own political party! I was riffing on a name with a mate and we spitballed on Reform; Restore; Re-something and we've come up with Reflux. A movement against the influx of Kremlin-funded crypto-fascists in this country.

Our colours are violent pink, like Pepto-Bismol and we are currently hoping to solicit some donations from Rennies and Gaviscon. We have to stop the bile from rising up and leaving a sour taste.
