Prof Jason Arday

Yes I did. Thanks for clearing up to everyone what I said. I did not say everyone who has committed suicide was immoral or cowardly. Nor do I think they all are. I hope that clears up your confusion.

Speaking of cowards.

Post your provocative bullshit like your GB News icons and then run off hiding when you get called out on it.

I can only hope you never lose a loved one to suicide - maybe you wouldn't post such bollocks about it if you did.

So he's claiming one suicide was immoral and cowardly, but other suicides aren't... let's be serious.

I think we can all agree that none of us wanted this outcome.

None of this was worth him checking out.

I'm amazed that he wasn't being checked on considering that this kind of outcome is always a heightened risk when there's a lot of public publicity.

What's got your knickers in a twist on this Tuesday afternoon? You are the one that's just been called out here for making up words that I never posted.

By all means debate with me what I actually said and not somthing you have completely made up.

Quick! Got to defend the clique!

Sad.

Tips hat.

I think the word 'coward' can have more than one context. I can see why it had you upset but I think Eagles didn't mean it that way.

Any family that experiences suicide has my sympathy, we know it leaves horrible scars for family. I think I read that this guy has two boys....No one really gets over that.

Your disgusting post has, which you and the gang will now seek to bury in bluster.

It's clear what you said, and it's clear you're a coward who now wants to distance himself from it.

He thinks Arday's death was cowardly and immoral - we don't know anything about Arday's death other than the fact he took his own life, so what can the poster possibly be describing as cowardly and immoral other than the decision to end his own life..?

I don't why you bother defending such blatant bollocks.

I have read Michael Palin's autobiography. His sister struggled with mental health all her life. Despite the many years of treatment her life was up and down. Eventually she killed herself.

It is a moving story told by a man who I believe is very compassionate, nobody wanted it but you cannot keep your eyes on someone 24 x 7, and if they want to go, they will find a way.

When I hear this kind of thing from the left I'm reminded of how they treat their public hate figures.

Let's look at Katie Hopkins, yeah she's a controversial figure, however she had the ability to do all the actual jobs she took. If she had wanted a very good career in the city it was in the ofference.

However, she decided to be a right wing media figure, much like Ann Widdlecombe after politics.

Let's look at how she's been treated......Death threats, people turning up at her house to harm her, lefty activist writes a play about her assassination that gets a show run.

Did Katie Hopkins commit suicide? Nope, but she's spoken about how the hate she gets has affected her life. Regularly gets slagged off in the press on a weekly basis for decades. Gets lied about all the time for clicks and copy. However, she stands up to her enemies because she believes she has a right to a voice.

If she had committed suicide, I suspect that many horrible words would be said by many of the same people who are fawning over Arday's suicide today.

My view is that if you do wrong, then the public has a right to hear about it.....Arday was a chancer and he wanted the publicity when it was glazing him. When it went bad he couldn't cope.

But it's the system that promoted him far above his ability that needs correction. He should still be living, but the DEI system needs to die.

Many Historians believe that Hitlers suicide was cowardly. Rather than facing trial, accountability, or the consequences of his regime's destruction, he chose to escape through death.

I'm pretty sure that they do not believe that every suicide is cowardly by believing that.

And before you get your knickers further in a twist by no means am I comparing Arday to hitler.

I didn't think Katie Hopkins would be the bluster of choice, but it works all the same I guess 👍

both Hitler and Cleopatra knew the consequences of getting caught alive. Mussolini's public lynching & hanging would have encouraged Adolf to opt for a bullet.

its a testament to the Western Powers that Hitler and all germans preferred to surrender to the West than to Stalin. The Brits dealt honourably with Napoleon.....i doubt many other powers would have.

anyhoo..........Jason Arday

The over-promoted DEI charlatan is dead, longlive the over-promoted DEI Charlatan.

sky & the BBC have football pundits who have won silverware at the highest levels. RTE have many blokes (& girls) like the one in the link below.... You pay a huge license fee to enjoy all the footballing insight of a Millwall reject.

Maybe this mans decision to take his own life (and I grant him the respect of full agency on that decision) was actually a choice made for honourable reasons because of the shame he had heaped upon himself, and by default, his family through the lies he told?

Perhaps his way of trying to restore some sense of honour to his blood-line?

Plenty of examples throughout history of that.

What a fuckin vile post.

Suicide is the leading cause of death among men under 50 in the UK, claiming over 5000 lives a year. Around 15 men a day take their own life in the UK.

But you think they're immoral and cowardly.

Disgusting.

Don't you feel guilty then? I mean, your type promoted him into this very important and public role on DEI.
