Agree.I take no political sides. Anyone caught gaining personally from the Fast-Track scheme where they provided sub-standard goods should be prosecuted. This case centred around the supplies not being certified as being fit for use. Therefore useless. And a breach of contract.
Mone knew the supplies weren't certified, and somehow still got paid, in spite of this being discovered by the Gov Department taking delivery of them.
If I took delivery of faulty stock at work, they would immediately be returned to the supplier and the invoice would not be paid.
i hope all the dodgy Government and Opposition MP's are brought to book. Unfortunately, Like Mone and her husband, they have already tried to put their profits beyond reach of the law.
What I want to know is how potential suppliers made onto the government's list.
