Player ratings v Spurs

Mateta deserves the lowest points score of them all. And that’s the main problem as he is pivotal to the team performance. Not only is he not scoring but he’s control and hold up play is non existent. He can’t win a ball which means he can’t play others in. Glasner obviously doesn’t rate Nketia or Uche in that role otherwise one of them would be starting. Is Glasner wrong or us fans wanting them to be given a chance in that position? With results so bad at the moment why does he keep selecting a player so badly out of form?

He was atrocious. The narrative is about a knee injury he is nursing but he played the whole game today.
He was not making it uncomfortable for their central defenders when the ball was delivered into the area aerially, barely making an attempt to make contact with his head. His header at the back post which sailed over was a ghastly attempt at goal.
I also noted a break down the left in the second half, looked to see who was in the penalty area and noted a languid Mateta just ambling forward on the edge of the box.
Unfortunately the current Mateta resembles an animal that brays. Our main striker is not performing as necessary.
