Any chance you could give Kamada a small pay cut to pay for a few people answering the phone in your ticket office. Total shambles. Tickets supposedly sent out 2 days before an FA Cup Semi Final and nobody in the ticket office the day after. Some way to run a football club.

I called the Box Office this morning, and although I had to keep pressing the redial button endlessly, the call ended up in a queue and there was a fair old wait before speaking to someone, there were definitely people there.

The shambles is only distributing the tickets 48 hours before the game, leaving only a short window to get those who didn't receive the tickets to get it sorted.

To start sending tickets so late just added stress and complications.

I received tickets at 17:13pm…. 24 hours and 2 mins before kick off. I ordered them and they took payment weeks ago. I doubt anyone reads these things but seriously, that is no way to operate!!!! Sort it out!!!!

It may not have been their decision.
The FA could have put the protocol in place to prevent re selling of tickets which can be dangerous if opposing supporters get them. They can be printed which is a sell on potential if they were sent weeks ago.
I get the box office bit but the sending times may be the above.

I do get that point, and that is likely the explanation….. but I think it’s a total cop out. Send the tickets on Tuesday latest. That would give a bit of space to sort any issues. The people that want to tour their ticket will probably end up doing it anyway but the 98% loyal supporters will appreciate it.

Anyway, I sincerely hope we’re having the same discussion in a few weeks when we get to the final!!!!

All the other teams got theirs earlier. Perhaps the FA and/or clubs should start cracking down on 3rd party websites selling tickets at inflated prices, this was being done before Palace had finished selling. Tickets in my section were being sold for £254 + fees.
I will say that the BO staff have always been very helpful and I hope that it has not been them that have got grief

Had an issue with my sons ticket. my mistake, I had the wrong email address.

Rang the box office, had to join the queue for about an hour, when I got through I spoke to a very helpful lady and the issue was sorted within 3 minutes.

Ticket arrived last night direct from Wembley.
