Any chance you could give Kamada a small pay cut to pay for a few people answering the phone in your ticket office. Total shambles. Tickets supposedly sent out 2 days before an FA Cup Semi Final and nobody in the ticket office the day after. Some way to run a football club.

I called the Box Office this morning, and although I had to keep pressing the redial button endlessly, the call ended up in a queue and there was a fair old wait before speaking to someone, there were definitely people there.
The shambles is only distributing the tickets 48 hours before the game, leaving only a short window to get those who didn't receive the tickets to get it sorted.
