Palace vs Millwall

I imagine we'll lose a few seats from the away section tomorrow when the third goal goes in. Expect us to hammer them, they will not like it, and we all know how they behave.

I think we should start with our best team and make a few subs at half time when we are 4-0 up.

The concern is that things might get feisty and we don't want our best boys injured so, to completely contradict what I've just written, there is a case to hold back on the heavy hitters and only bring them on to rescue us if they are 0-4 up at half time.

So, as you can tell, I haven't got a clue how I'd approach this one, but what I do know is that we'll definitely be in the next round, Wembley ahoy!

I have a 'Feeling in my water' that Glasner will select his strongest team to start.

I see Thornton heath station is shut and some are querying why……I should imagine it’s because they don’t want the Neanderthal’s doing what Neanderthal’s do and that’s marching along Thornton Heath high street and turning over outside shop displays etc

Millwall under Alex Neil have attained 16 pts from his 11 League games in charge.
They signed 8 players in the January 'Window'.
I am advised that central defender Jake Cooper who is 6ft 7ins tall is a real threat at set-pieces with his aerial prowess.
I believe it will be a close encounter but we have that added quality and should progress into the next round.

I am so excited , its mad its only 'the wall' we have better players we're at home . but its 'the wall' and beating them is everything it has been since we were founded. No other rivalry comes close to me, not brighton or charlton. Beating 'the wall' i will as happy as its possible to be. I don't hate the wall or there supporters but I love the feeling when we beat them. I have felt this way all my Palace life.

To be fair we've had 5 minute rivalries with a few clubs over the years (Watford, Bristol City... sort of, even Southampton was a bit weird because of Ward Prowse)
Apparently in the fifties the rivalry between us and Southampton was worse than Brighton, a Saints supporter told me years ago🤷🏻‍♂️
