No surprise about the delay. We are dealing with Europe after all. Principal export: Discussion.
Imagine if their points contributed to a second tier table but they had to exclusively play teams in the first tier. This fiasco gets better . . .

Lyon included in Ligue 1 fixtures for 2025-26 despite demotion to second tier
Lyon are included in the Ligue 1 fixtures for next season despite being demoted to France's second tier because of poor finances.www.bbc.co.uk
No. Nobody has said it comes down to this. It's just one of two things we were clinging to for lack of more information. So if they're in, we're out!? What an absolute load of s**te this is. Does anything makes sense anymore!?
The wheels have been greased. No wonder everyone is confused. They demote the club from the league they competed in. And then give them a prize for breaking the financial rules that got them demoted. I start to fear the worst ,surely this defies logic?
This is an important point that reinforces our position and The Premiership will back us on this because they can confirm Palace voted AGAINST inter club collaborationI think the perfect example of where the decision making is made at Palace was the one I referred to yesterday.
When Premier League clubs voted on the exchange of players between clubs that were part of a multi club portfolio, Parish voted against it. Textor claimed he knew nothing about the vote and would have voted FOR it.
Hopefully that will be another piece of evidence that UEFA can consider
Imagine City drew Girona in the knock out stages of the CL. City having the far greater squad depth and resources yet find themselves 2 0 down in the first leg. Miraculously City rally in the second leg and go on to win 3-2 on aggregate. In the event that you will not be able to stop multi-club ownership due to free trade etc, surely the answer is regulation? Lets face it, movement of players across differing Footballing Authorities isn't a massive problem, it's the danger/potential of match fixing which is the reason people are against it? Surely there's some regulation/edict or rule that can be applied to stop this, add a sufficiently high punishment for any Offence found, as opposed to simply disallowing the multiclub ownership model.
Apparently only if they win their appeal with French authorities
You can bet the “ draw” would not match them togetherImagine City drew Girona in the knock out stages of the CL. City having the far greater squad depth and resources yet find themselves 2 0 down in the first leg. Miraculously City rally in the second leg and go on to win 3-2 on aggregate.
THIS is what no one wants. Even if it truly was a legitimate result everyone (especially rival clubs) would say it stinks to high heaven. This is why UEFA really need to get to grips with their own rules but it is the Man City's of this world they should be looking at not Palace. Throwing us out when teams like that have been allowed to compete is just ludicrous.
More like the Palms have been greased .The wheels have been greased.
I read under French league rules (unlike ours) you cannot compete in Europe unless you are a top division team? So I'd imagine Lyon will only get their place in Europe if the French Ligue1 reinstate them?Apparently only if they win their appeal with French authorities
or Scouse, I’ve never forgiven them for denying us in 91😡All this reminds me that whatever fate befalls us, there are far worse things that happen to people besides not qualifying for Europe. By which I mean - being French.
To be honest we're only upsetting ourselves if we think about blame. As hard as it'd be, probably just go "ah well, who gives a f**k, we won the FA Cup" and move on.If we do get kicked out, which still remains 50/50 as UEFA have a history of making stupid decisions. Who takes the blame for the loss to Palace. Parish or Textor? Parish is in overall control and Textor had no control or influence.
Parish should of been basking in the glory of a FA Cup win and planning for Europe. Now we are left with the usual Palace drama.
The rules are open to interpretation and very vague. As such Neither Parish not Textor have done anything wrong. If anyone should take any blame it UEFA themselves. Especially when they have let City, United and God knows who else compete before us when they ARE part of MOC modelsIf we do get kicked out, which still remains 50/50 as UEFA have a history of making stupid decisions. Who takes the blame for the loss to Palace. Parish or Textor? Parish is in overall control and Textor had no control or influence.

This we must all remember cannot be taken away and regardless of what happens every effort should be made next year to build on it.To be honest we're only upsetting ourselves if we think about blame. As hard as it'd be, probably just go "ah well, who gives a f**k, we won the FA Cup" and move on.
Ok, I know this is unrealistic 😂
