As the sale of Textors shares hasnt been completed, yet. Still have to get the Premier League proper person test on Johnson, who's only heinous fault appears to be his friendship with Trump.
So nothing has really changed since the last meeting with UEFA, whether they fancy an appeal vis CAS and bad publicity, who knows.

I think he is just answering the hypothetical question. Lets face it, If UEFA say Palace are thrown out everyone will instantly want to know what happens next and what Palace's options are. He is basically informing people of those options ahead of time.
Personally, under the circumstances of our case I think UEFA will clear us to play.

You're right that they dont mention voting rights but they dont mention ownership directly either. Its all about 'direct influence and control' over more than one club in the same competition. This is where I'd agree with Palace's stance that Textor has never had control at Palace. Not even close.

We know textor has never had complete control, I actually think we will be okay but let's be honest, in any company in the world if you own over 40% and have 25% voting rights, you would be classed as having significant influence.

I saw one absolute paper towel on Facebook go on a rant about how Palace had broken the rules. I didn't like to point out that we haven't kicked a single ball in the Europa League yet so can't possibly have broken any rules.

It's quite a joy to watch them battle with their itchy v*ginas though.

As I said in my other post . They will declare Lyon have been chucked out and hence there is no decision required. It's a cop out but they don't want it to go to court of arbitration as they will lose and have their guidelines declared under workable. Far easier to let us in and work on rules to make them robust
