Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

have read alot of the messages and everyone interprets the rules different , and im pretty sure all the clubs have , The rule is not fit for purpose simple , friend of mine is a ex solicitor , and said it is badly constructed and worded , far to many loopholes tobe used as a rule ,

So hopefully they will see it will be challenged and allow FA Cup winners , who are not facing financial breaches who got in by the backdoor

Roll on Friday lets get this soap opera over
I think your friend has got it right. Add this to fact UEAFA want to avoid court of arbitration as it probably will rule in our favour because of lack of clarity in rules.

I think the Lyon development gives a get out for them. They were relegated before the cut off point with an agreement that sanction was stayed until end of season to give opportunity to put house in order. They failed so have now been relegated. So it can be argued that no multi club problem existed in June as notice of relegation was stayed not removed. Thus Lyon and Palace were not at crucial date both likely to be in Europa League.

I think UEAFA have known what French authorities were going to do for some weeks but have held off any announcements until after French Authorities announced.

In summary l think they will decide Lyon did not qualify for Europa League so questions over multi club and influence of director are not relevant.

Makes one wonder if there are some insiders involved.

But apart from bringing purpose to my life, making the last few decades of football misery nothing but a distant memory, vindicating Palace fans everywhere and making the world a better, brighter and nicer place it wasn't that big a deal.
And giving pep a trophy less season, which he took really well at the final whistle

I’m going to miss our cobwebby or lack of a trophy cabinet jokes now
