Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

1. You cant even get 'UEFA' correct after about 30 corrections.
2. You are talking complete nonsense to suggest a top team of expensive lawyers would take a case of such high profile if the chances were slim.
3. Palace owners are not going to waste time, resources and money on a case that has 'extremely slim' chances. You talk absolute rubbish
What I said (but very differently.)

August 11th the outcome will be announced, expensive lawyers or not, CAS go on facts. Parish is pursuing as he feels the club has been hard done by, the cost is irrelevant to him. Who are the lawyers representing Palace and have had any previous success at CAS.

George Boyd.
We had one that was in the office to sign the papers but left after being abandoned for a while, and signed for West Ham or someone.

George Boyd is a Palace fan. When he was failed on that medical didn't he go on to score against the side that claimed he had dodgy eyes (Forest?) and run up to their fans mimicking a pair of glasses?

I remember it was beautiful

Not Parish MO to pursue hopeless uneconomic causes. He wouldn't do it out of principle.

That doesn't, of course, mean we are going to win. No decent lawyer puts odds higher than two thirds. That's "nailed on" in legal land. For appeals the odds are even worse. Better than half is about as good as you'll get.

You can just see it. Strasbourg player on loan from Forest gives penalty away and gets sent off in the last minutes of extra time meaning Lyon get into the Europa League at their expense. Textor tell’s Marinakis that he hasn’t put either his Lyon or Palace shares into a blind trust so Palace will be demoted and so Forest can take their place.

Textor rings Marinakis….”well we have done it Evangelos”. He replies “great job John… now about those player swaps, do you take cash?”

I thought Strasburg lost because the Chelsea owner hadn’t done the blind trust thingy and at that time the best Chelsea could hope for was europa league…. lol so many conspiracy theories, I think there is a lot of shady s*** in football but we will never know the truth.

Someone on the Forest site has answered this as apparently the initial process was started in late Feb and the late April date is when the process was finalised. Consequently the intention was recorded prior to the 1st March deadline.
So all that needs to happen is for us to produce the email that was sent to info@uefa.com saying we intended to put our shares in trust if we won the FA Cup!

Allowing Forest to simply show intention rather than meeting a deadline that is being strictly applied in Palace’s case but not in Forest’s doesn’t appear on the face of it to be particularly just.

2. You do know lawyers generally work on hourly rates?
3. This is now an SP reputational issue rather than a football issue IMHO

I am quite happy with Conference and the most likely chance of back to back European campaigns.

I don't care that SP and the board erred and were likely negligent, I have moved on.

SP I believe sees Europa acceptance as vindication of his decisions in an " all's well that ends well " way and is willing to spend money to seek to achieve that.

There is a difference between what's fair and messing up a process.

I think we are FA Cup holders still, right?

Our lawyers are, apparently, Berlin Sports Lawyers, who appeared against us at CAS and won. So must have impressed Parish:-
