UEFA probably getting some astute legal advice on possible outcomes of their decision. Damage limitation is the name of the game.
And as UEFA are all working busily, time to rack up expenses on perhaps some fine Napoleonic Brandy, and some cheap strippers.

Totally agree. We simply do not know what the PL and FA are doing behind the scenes or what interaction the club has had with UEFA since Parish and Textor went to Switzerland.

Let's see what UEFA say (when they deign to say something) and review then.

To be fair I’ve read a lot of support from press, other fans and in particular Forest fans who don’t think it’s appropriate for a team to take the FA Cup Winners spot when any European football they achieve is through league position.

Without sounding entitled, id be disappointed with anything other than winning it, the teams in it are shocking, you would be disappointed playing them in a friendly, I honestly dont even know how or why this competition exists.

Other terminology may include, 'kick-back', 'incentives', 'penalty', but definitely wouldn't include 'bribe', or 'bribery'

Some workers charge extra for norks. Others include them in the price.
It's the mouth and groin you are mostly paying for.
The financial implications are somewhat vague and open to negotiation with individuals. More of a UEFA speciality. 😀
