Justin Devenny is a star in the making, wand of a left foot, I wouldn't want his opportunities hampered by any imports

It does feel a bit like Sod’s Law when Kamada and Lerma have not been scoring for us… but I am optimistic this team will cash in on all the chances it creates soon.
Good goals, getting ready for Saturday 👍

Must be a slow news day if that's their scoop!

Definitely a challenge we could have done with out.Our present squad?
Now missing two of our most important players in Sarr and Munoz for perhaps up to 8 -10 games.
JPM carrying a knee injury from French international duty and Nketiah seemingly not fit enough to play 90 mins.
Glasner is speculating about using Sosa or Devenny as RWB as Clyne can’t play a few games per week.
Sosa or Devenny against Doku, Trossard, Martinelli or Gordon in the coming weeks ? I’m nervous thinking about it.
It’s going to be a real challenge in the coming weeks, particularly taking into account that City, Arsenal and Newcastle have enough players to field 2 teams.
No point complaining about it, and just hope we don’t pick up more injuries along the way - and that we have players lined up to join immediately the window opens.

Awesome post and agreed on all points.Definitely a challenge we could have done with out.
I read that Sarr could be back for some role at City? Not sure how much we will get out of him before AFCON though.
It is certainly an opportunity for Sosa to prove his worth. I feel like the Conference games can be him + maybe the Leeds game, and Clyne the tougher league games, maybe the Carabao where we need more of a full back.
Also hoping Nketiah gets fit enough to do the 90 through playing. 60-70 against Shelbourne and maybe again against City.
Some opportunities for squad players but none of it is ideal. We will drop points somewhere but if we can get through it, still in Europe then we’ll be doing better than this time last year, one of our most successful seasons, largely on points so far.
