I absolutely agree that this needs to be completed asap. I have written before on this thread that I really have no favourite, simply because all of the many possibilites mentioned on this forum have had success and failure. Just like practically every trainer. Furthmore, all names mentioned here are unsubstantiated of course, because, after how would any of us know who could be on the board's list of candidates?
What I find quite unsettling although hardly surprising given the long history of such appointments, is that if true, Bournemouth have, and I quote the BBC here, "a long standing succession plan in place and are close to appointing the new trainer". SO that leaves two possibilities namely a) our Board does not do succession planning = bad, or b) the Board operates behind closed doors = good. I wonder?
