New app and website

The “improved” app seems to make it even more difficult to find personal ticket information, Friends & Family etc. Also the link to the Wallet has vanished so how are we meant to download season tickets?

Terrible “update”, the issues you mentioned and a lot more are there even after 4.01 version.
Desperate to get tickets for the Man City game (my sons birthday and his first game) but the app is currently unusable (I get logged out/session expired message every time I move to a new screen), hope they resolve before tickets are released 🤞

Oh dear, Man City for his first game? At least he’ll know what he’s letting himself in for! Good luck getting tickets though.
 
I've surfed through the new website on my laptop and the App on my phone and all seems well. Accessed my fan wallet on the phone which showed all last seasons games etc. checked my ticket account on the laptop - all fine. Is the issue for some their phone (mine's a Samsung A26 so nothing special)?

All good on my iPhone 15 pro, it does seem ‘improved’ actually, but then I shouldn’t get too cocky, I’ve not had to order or book anything yet 😅

Where is the fan wallet? I still can’t find it. It used to be under “more”.

Not on my version! But I just had this from the Box Office:
“There is not fan wallet on the new app.

As a season ticket holder this is not and never was the way to access your season ticket.

The season tickets have not been issued yet.

They will be issued by a downloadable email before the start of the season.”

Though their publicity piece about the new app says it includes
  • Access to your Ticket Wallet, which contains your match tickets (and/or Season Tickets) for NFC entry to Selhurst Park
So, typical Palace!

Well, I seem to have the new app on my phone with its shiny new design and features etc. and there's definitely all that I said there was in my previous post. I was surprised to find the slot for the 26/27 ST as up till now I've always had to download it to my Google Wallet from a link on the club's email notifying us that the STs are available for download. I await the next development.

Yep - typical Palace. Makes you wonder how we've managed to survive for a 14th consecutive season in the PL.

This part is true isn’t it? Since digital season tickets started they’ve always been sent out like this if I remember right, never had a problem

I followed that pathway and still have no tab to “Access Fan Wallet”. I can’t find it anywhere and I am logged in.

Screenshot below of what I get when I go to “More” and select “Tickets”

This is exactly what I get (on iphone) so maybe it's an iphone issue.

Used to be able to reload my ST to wallet from app if it ever messed up but looks like not the case now.

Not sure how to screenshot my phone but the headings I have under "tickets " after choosing "more" are as follows:
  • "Access fan wallet" (on a red background followed by the following 3 headings on a blue background)
  • "Buy online"
  • "Ticket News & Info
  • "Premium Matchday Experiences"
Dom those of you who have no problem with the new app have the same headings as me?

Ok, well mine is completely different (on IPhone & iPad) and is still as per the screenshot in my previous post 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have a Samsung A26 android phone and a Samsung Galaxy Book laptop which both seem to be ok with the new App and website respectively. Do other Apple users have a problem? My phone and laptop updated the App and website automatically without any input from me. The website did say about having automatic update turned on. I assume I must have had given the outcome.

I’m with Phil’s Barber on this - we seem to have different versions of the app. Perhaps you still have the old one?

  • I have the new shiny layout with the recent stories in small picture circles under the main heading.
  • The App is now an Eagle on what I assume is the new 1st team shirt background (blue and red diagonal stripe on a white background and
  • as an ST plus member I can access all the media.
