Michael Olise

Michael subbed after 65 mins. Score 0-0. I'm going to stop watching now. Good game though.

I'm repressing it all so that it effectively doesn't exist. A bit like the last forty odd years of supporting us and the odd failed marriage.

i would class us losing to Brighton as infinitely more painful than the end of a shyte marriage. Having experienced both.

But seeing Olise running up and down in a different shirt is irritating. Although not really a surprise. Every club, below the Elite regular last 8 of the Champions League , is a selling club.

Interesting to see there is more variation in his play. Not cutting inside as a first thought and more range in his passing. Still deadly when allowed inside and when running at people with the ball.

How much do you think Chelsea and ManU are kicking themselves right now for not making the Champions League (so not being able to trigger the release clause).

I guess the same goes for the 4 teams that did make the Champions League (although Villa may not have been an option due to the wages).

As well as scoring regularly he seems to get an assist every game, another this evening for Kane. He has developed into a world class player, could really shine at the World Cup.

I do find myself watching a bit of Bayern occasionally because of him and it’s now hard to believe he actually played for us he’s that good
That was one thing I always liked about him, he didn’t go missing in games, he was always involved, you knew he was out there, unlike messers Zaha and Eze

He's becoming unplayable, you just don't know if he will cut in of go on the outside and once the door is open his speed takes him away from defenders.
He's really unselfish and so graceful when he controls and runs with ball, my favourite player to watch at the moment.

And he didn’t moan and bitch. He waited until his release clause was met and went. Fair play to the kid and pleased he will always be associated to us for his progression.
