Membership - is it always like this ?

After supporting Palace for over 60 years from afar, I have bought a Gold membership.
The only problems are:
- eticket has an old mail address and I don't know how to change it
- TV+ is not being recognised
- trying to add the membership to Google Wallet is failing with 'Type1' error message.
- box office has not responded to emails.

So it's nothing for the £63 spent.

Is it always like this with season tickets and other memberships ? I must admit, I'm not impressed.

Looks like a call to the box office tomorrow.

I have had Gold Membership 5 or 6 times and bought my son junior membership 5 times. They've fudged something up every single time. Last season it was multiple things. Most of the time they eventually resolve stuff, but it's absolutely tin pot.

I don't know what other clubs are like but wouldn't be surprised to find we had the worst membership administration of the top four leagues.

On my email the Google wallet and the Apple wallet are the wrong way round, try clicking the Apple one, it worked for me.

I had exactly the same problem - As Rummers said previously the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet icons are the wrong way round.

I was able to add the membership to my Google Wallet by clicking on the Apple Wallet icon.

I realised from your previous, but it doesn't work on mine. But thanks for trying to help.
It didn't work last year either.
