After supporting Palace for over 60 years from afar, I have bought a Gold membership.
The only problems are:
- eticket has an old mail address and I don't know how to change it
- TV+ is not being recognised
- trying to add the membership to Google Wallet is failing with 'Type1' error message.
- box office has not responded to emails.
So it's nothing for the £63 spent.
Is it always like this with season tickets and other memberships ? I must admit, I'm not impressed.
Looks like a call to the box office tomorrow.
