Yeah, there is nothing inherently wrong with signing a 30yo if the player, amount and circumstances are right.
If we are struggling to find the right players who will come straight in and perform but also gain value then I’d rather this than no player at all. The value we’d lose seems to be less than what we would for Guehi and over a longer period 🤷♂️
