Manchester United vs. Crystal Palace match thread

They can’t have it both ways. The foul was either inside the box or not. It’s like the Canvot handball all over again. It’s basically a cheat code for big teams.
What really gets me is we all know if that had been at the other end there is zero chance the decision would have been a penalty and a red card. Absolutely zero. We know it, the players know it, the refs no it but hey got to keep those international glory hunters happy.

It’s like the decisions on who can own a club. If you a used car salesman they’ll scrutinise you to last penny. If you are a murderous extremist Islamic regime who chops off the heads of your own people and commits terrorist attacks against the west then you are welcome to own Newcastle no questions asked

We were never going to win this game. It’s Old Trafford so a penalty is guaranteed and they decided to award the game to a referee boring Manchester. The outcome was decided before kick off.
My thoughts too. The FA decide who does well in any given season through the use of dodgy refs and VAR. It's Manchester United's turn.

It’s a foul and penalty, Cunha would have got to the ball as Henderson was pretty much on his line and the pass was nicely weighted through.

It’s piss poor defending by Lacroix, he is far too tight to Cunha and gets rolled and pulls him back.

The Michael Carrick theatrical society (ManU) played the ref like an old violin. How are these ref allowed to work in the premiership division? Are we that short of qualified refs?

My overriding feeling about this game is that the ref is a c***. Utd are full of c****. VAR is a c*** of a thing. Kamada is a bit of a c***. But we played better than we have for awhile. Ollie is still a turn coat c***. But we wont get relegated and we still have a chance to stick one up those UEFA c**** so may not end up being a total c*** of a season.
The only issue I have with your post is you didn’t use the c*nt word enough.
Feel absolutely cheated and didn’t spend much time watching in the end.

He was not pulled back, his hand was just on his shoulder. First contact was outside the box, cunha dived inside the box. Simple cheating by him, simple cheating by var.

Our MOTM has to be Henderson. A frustrating loss in the end but positives include Johnson looking worth his place (likely to be extra motivated against Spurs) and still getting moments of real hope up to the last minute from a 10 man side.

I'm just grateful he didn't find an excuse send Richards off too.

I thought we played better than we have for a while.
Munoz looked more like his old self.
Heroic defending by Richards, particularly with inexperienced defenders either side of him.
Is it just me or does Guessand seem reluctant to chase after balls that are not played to his feet?
