Manchester synagogue attack

As I said the word has been misused it means an internal conflict. No different than Christians who struggle on a daily basis to adhere to their faith whilst dealing with the realities of the world we live in.

Unfortunately radical Islam now use it as an external struggle.
as discussed above, there was a nasty evil bloke who wrote a book about his struggle. Translates into 'my struggle' in English. He hated Jews too. And a dodgy square moustache that never really got popular since then.

I don't know for sure but it looked like there were pro-Palestine protests outside the synagogue and perhaps outside other synagogues. There seemed to be a guy squaring away a Palestine flag. Maybe more will come out but I wouldn't be too sure.
I'm suspecting there are protests and harassment outside all the synagogues in Britain.
If anybody were to protest outside mosques then that's far right. But again, outside synagogues is the correct type of protest for this government and society apparently.
How religion is to blame for one thing but a religion is not to blame for the other is an exercise in mental arithmetic that doesn't add up.
I know for sure which religion is able to adapt to similar values to mine and European ones and which one is not at all. And really that's all we need to know. We know - but we can't see it apparently. Increasingly, we're not allowed to state it.
The Jews have their own police that work with the Met. Called Shomrim and drive around Golders Green, this needs to be increased.

yeah, maybe. History has shown terrorism to be almost impossible to stop. If they could get knives and bullets into Presidents & Popes, how can you protect innocent members of the public ? Twenty bodyguards failed with John Paul II, Ronald Reagan & Charlie Kirk.

The place to fight terror is the ideological War......prevent the desire to attack.

I thought that more shomrim presence would re assure the Jewish population. You can Never beat nutters.

Perhaps there are people who think the Jewish community could be moved into secure areas for their own safety? I know at least one person who'd happily round them up. I'm not talking about people on here by the way. The anti Israel stuff here is off the scale. I'm getting increasingly tired of it. Honestly, it's impossible to say a word about this in Ireland. The rabid attack dogs are policing speech and thought. And have obviously contributed and continue to contribute to this. Without knowing. They are playing into the hands of radicals.

I'm speechless.

How long before the excuse making of the usual suspects.

This has been encouraged, endorsed and supported my left wing media
Are you Trump? What left wing media are you referring to and please give an example.

Please don't mention the BBC as this is clearly not left wing and is run by a bloody Tory

Those Hamas supporters were probably celebrating 😐

Stay classy - some of your obsessions with imagining what 'the left' or 'others' must be doing is hilariously childish. You're all constantly at war with an imaginary boogie man in your head.

As I have throughout, I condemn all innocent deaths and yesterday's attack was despicable and has no place in our society - my condolences to the victims.

I have no qualms with my own humanity amongst a swarm of genocide supporters, who somehow still constantly seek to claim the moral high ground.

These are very dangerous times for Jewish people in Britain. They make up 0.5% of the population but are the victims of 40% of hate crimes. Blame the Israeli government as much as you like but anti-Semitism is on the rise here and doesn't get anywhere near the coverage of other cases.
They are and we need to do all we can to mitigate the threat.

Including encouraging the current Israeli government from making our task more difficult by their actions in Gaza.

Be honest, do you think it would make our Jewish citizens safer, or more in danger, if Israel withdrew from Gaza and allowed unrestricted aid in?

That rather puts the rest of your posts into perspective.

So does your humanity extend to banning the pro Palestine marches planned for the weekend?
Does you humanity lead you to condemn the demonstrations yesterday?

So you are saying the UK police do not have the ability to protect the Jewish community from the domestic Islamic terrorist threat without having help from a volunteer organisation?

Or are you saying the Jewish community need to do more to protect themselves?

The muslim community on the other hand do not need to take such action of self protection?

When was the last terrorist attack on UK muslims by Jews?

Would you say Islamism or the far right presents the biggest threat to this country?

If I were to be honest - I don't think it would make the Jewish community safer. The problem has escalated since the October attacks but had been growing since well before that. Google or Bing or whatever you like - something like anti-Semitic attacks in Europe and consider the correlations yourself.
