What the City owners have done is scandalous and on an unprecedented scale, compounded by total non cooperation.

I would genuinely like to see the punishment as follows;

Relegated to the 5th Tier - National League
Transfer Ban for 9 seasons
Fine of £930M (£100M for costs and £830M redistributed equally to the remaining 91 clubs.

It will be fascinating to learn what level of punishment they get.

Up to now the punishments levelled out for rule breaking have been very weak, in my view.

Would a multiple of 114 be suitable?

Applied at 70 per season over five years would take them down to fifth level quite nicely.
