I can't get Benitez's goalkeeping out of my head. I won't sleep tonight; worried if I'll drop something or miss the bed entirely.

Benitez needn’t worry. There were many bad performances today. Speroni had a mare on his home debut against Everton, was dropped and it took three years for him to regain the number one spot. At least Benitez won’t get dropped as he is number two and there is no real competition for his spot….yet!

Finishes 3-2 and strangely we looked better when Edouard replaced Nketiah.

Not completely surprising. Over the course of their careers at Palace, they have shown a similar level of, poor, performance. I doubt if we can shift Edouard and Glasner may not want him around but if we could get a half-decent fee for Nketiah I'd get rid and have a new signing/Sarr as backup to Mateta with Edouard for emergency/Conference League

Can visualize that as he has come back from Leicester Parish announcing him as "Just like a new signing'

Indeed - I only saw second game from when it said we were 1-4 down. Am I the only one to think that this whole thing was pretty stupid? Why not just play a normal game of 90 minutes with unlimited substitutions.

I do - I watched the last 5 mins of the first one when they equalised. Is it a football game if it only lasts an hour? Can't wait for the next two games.
