He drew up plans for Crystal Palace National Sports Centre originally way back, and seemed to think it was feasible at the time.

Anything can be done with enough will and investment behind it.

SP didn't save us he had very little wealth to do so (I am not even goign to get into him meddlingin the background which is why the club got into trouble it's well documented in SJ book and if it was false legal action would have been taken to have it removed) if you remember it without the blinkers on it was due to the other 3 who was the ones with the £££ the same ones which kept there promise to secure the club and leave.

Our billionaire owners want out they have done for years (Woody appears to be only one who wants to stay for now)

You're looking at Thursday week, earliest, mate. My van's packed up and I won't get it back until Tuesday, and I've got a kitchen renovation in Peckham to finish. Whilst we're talking, could you possibly put half the money for the job into my account upfront to pay for materials? Don't worry if you can't get hold of me for a couple of days, I'm in Budapest on my brothers stag do. Am I alright to start work at 7.30? Are the neighbours alright with that? Don't worry too much about the detailed plans, mate, I've had a quick glance at them but I've done this sort of thing lots of times before....
