If MI5 are turning anti Starmer, he's in big trouble. His secret will be on everyone's lips - although pretty obvious already. The New Profumo affair but maybe worse.
The Highgate Farmer's market prices may differ , Lord Ali probably pays for his Ocado deliveries
I can totally see why Labour voters are so annoyed and disenchanted with Starmer, he is dead man walking politically, Farage is setting the running now. Starmer is unrelateable to his " working people". His constant question dodging and lying is obvious to all.
He really thinks people are stupid and his bs is somehow the way forward.
His speech and questions session yesterday was the mother of all train crashes.
Is that because he hasn't ushered in the Socialist Utopia quickly enough?Even the Guardian turned on him
So is the majority of voters polledYour Labour Derangement Syndrome is really off the scale.

I think it's because he is elusive and can't answer a straight question and his political nouse is to play policy catch up with reform. Is that because he hasn't ushered in the Socialist Utopia quickly enough?
yes, he is not Corbyn, and the Guardian seems to hate thatIs that because he hasn't ushered in the Socialist Utopia quickly enough?
This reminds me of Hirohito saying "the war situation has developed not necessarily to Japan's advantage" after Nagasaki. And over 4 years to the next election. Plenty of time for the inevitable Reform self-implosion, Tories to potentially sort their act out (although seems increasingly unlikely...) and Labour to have a full term to try and show tangible improvements in the economy, NHS and immigration figures.
I don't think Labour have been great so far by any stretch, but polling is pretty irrelevant this far out from the next election other than a bell weather of current public opinion.

Polling this far out from election should not cause a reaction but it has terrified Starmer.
The 2026 May elections will be more useful when Reform will have to show they have done something with the councils they control
